The name Dominate The Mission™, related logos, slogans, trademarks, service marks, and branding may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

You may access and use the Services solely for personal, informational, or legitimate commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission;
  • Modify or create derivative works;
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;
  • Use our trademarks without authorization;
  • Scrape or systematically collect website content;

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE;
  • THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE;
  • THE SERVICES WILL BE SECURE OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS;
  • PRODUCT INFORMATION WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE; OR
  • THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR PARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS ANY WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOMINATE THE MISSION™, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

  • YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES;
  • YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF PRODUCTS;
  • LOSS OF DATA;
  • LOSS OF PROFITS;
  • LOSS OF BUSINESS;
  • LOSS OF REVENUE;
  • LOSS OF GOODWILL; OR

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dominate The Mission™, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:

  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations;
  • Your misuse of the Services or products;
  • Your violation of the rights of another person or entity; or
  • Your User Content.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, regulatory restrictions, supply-chain disruptions, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, cyber incidents, power outages, or failures of third-party service providers.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or our policies.
